A directory of remote-first companies that have been reviewed by our editorial team. Verification means we've confirmed the company exists, posts real openings, pays salaries on a normal cycle, and operates a public hiring process.
What "verified" means at RemoteWorkFinder
- ✓ Legitimate business — registered company with a public website, verifiable address, and real product or service.
- ✓ Real hiring activity — recent, repeatable hiring cycles documented in their careers page.
- ✓ Remote-first transparency — clear policy on which countries/timezones they hire from.
- ✓ No pay-to-apply — never charges applicants for equipment, training, or "starter kits".
- ✓ Salary disclosure — posts salary ranges where local law requires, and uses standard payroll.
Verification is not an endorsement. Always do your own due diligence before accepting an offer. If a verified employer ever falls below this standard, we revoke the badge and notify users.
