Who we are
RemoteWorkFinder.Online is an independent remote-work publication and job index operated by Sregit LLC. We combine a monitored job index with original editorial: country guides, category authority pages, salary and eligibility explainers, and scam analysis drawn from our own moderation queue. Our audience is people trying to find legitimate remote work without being defrauded or wasting weeks on roles they were never eligible for.
Editorial independence
Guides, country pages, category pages, and scam alerts are written independently of any commercial relationship. No employer, recruiter, agency, or advertiser can buy coverage, buy a verification badge, buy a higher position in search results, or have accurate negative information removed. We do not run paid placements in editorial. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled as sponsored at the top of the page and excluded from editorial rankings.
How we source
Every factual claim traces to one of four source types: primary government or regulator publications (immigration thresholds, employment rules, tax guidance), the employer's own published posting, established public compensation surveys, or our own first-party data from the job feeds we ingest and moderate. Where a figure is contested across sources, we say so and give the range rather than picking a convenient number. We do not republish statistics we cannot trace to an original source, and we do not cite other aggregators as authorities.
First-party data
A meaningful share of what we publish is data only we hold: how many roles in a category are live right now, what proportion of employers publish pay, which feeds produce expired or misclassified listings, and which scam patterns recur. When we quote our own data we describe how it was measured — the population, the date range, and its limits.
Authors and accountability
Every guide, country page, and category page carries an author, the reviewing desk, and the date it was last checked. Reviewers are people who work on remote hiring, listing moderation, and job-seeker support day to day. We do not publish anonymous editorial, and we do not attribute work to invented personas.
AI disclosure
We use AI tools for research assistance and first drafts on technical and comparative topics. Nothing published is unedited model output: every AI-assisted draft is rewritten, fact-checked against sources, and approved by a human editor. We never allow a model to generate statistics, quotes, testimonials, credentials, or employer claims. Where a page relies substantially on AI-assisted drafting, our editorial process page explains the workflow in full.
Listings versus editorial
Job listings are ingested from employer and ATS feeds and are not editorial endorsements. They are checked for scam signals, given an expiry date, and re-verified each import cycle, but the employer writes the advert. Our commentary about an employer or a market is clearly separated from the listing itself, and our review methodology describes exactly what we check.
Advertising and monetisation
The site is funded by display advertising and voluntary reader donations. Advertising is placed by an automated network; we do not sell placements to employers we cover, advertisers get no advance sight of editorial, and ad slots are kept visually distinct from content. Applicants never pay us — any request for payment from someone claiming to represent this site is fraudulent and should be reported.
Updates and corrections
Visa thresholds, pay bands, and hiring patterns move. We re-review high-traffic pages at least every six months and stamp the review date on the page. Errors are fixed in place with a dated note when the change is material, never silently deleted. Full detail, including response times and how to report an error, is in our corrections policy.
Reader complaints
Email editorial@remoteworkfinder.online with the page URL and the issue. We acknowledge within one business day. Suspected scam listings are escalated to moderation the same day through report a scam.
