RemoteWorkFinder.Online exists because the remote job market is broken. Mainstream job boards drown candidates in spam, hide salary ranges, and let scam listings sit live for weeks. Niche remote boards charge employers premium fees but recycle the same listings for months.
We built a focused remote job search engine that prioritizes three things: verified listings, scam protection, and signal over noise.
What we do differently
- Verify before publish. Every listing is checked against scam-pattern heuristics. Suspicious roles are flagged or removed.
- Surface salary. When employers share compensation, we show it prominently — not hidden in fine print.
- Filter for real worldwide. Many "remote" jobs are actually US-only. Our worldwide filter only includes roles open to applicants from any country.
- No resume harvesting. We never collect resumes. You apply directly on the employer's site.
- 30-day freshness rule. Stale listings are removed automatically.

RemoteWorkFinder.Online is independently operated. We are not affiliated with any single employer, recruiting agency, or job board. Our editorial team includes people who've worked remotely for over a decade across software, content, and operations.
How we make money
During beta, the platform is free for both employers and job seekers. Our long-term model includes employer-paid featured listings and contextual advertising — never selling user data, never charging applicants.
