Job Listing Policy

What we accept, reject, and remove.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Allowed listings

  • Fully remote, hybrid, or worldwide roles
  • Roles from verifiable employers with a legitimate website and corporate email domain
  • Listings with a clear job title, responsibilities, and an apply URL on the employer's website

Prohibited listings

  • Pay-to-apply, training fee, or upfront equipment-purchase listings
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid, or commission-only schemes presented as employment
  • Crypto-only roles with vague responsibilities
  • Listings that harvest applicant data or require SSN/ID before any interview
  • Listings from unverifiable employers or look-alike domains

Remote policy expectations

Listings must clearly state the remote policy: fully remote, hybrid, or worldwide. Hybrid roles must disclose the in-office requirement. Worldwide listings must accept candidates from at least multiple regions.

Apply URL requirements

  • Apply links must point to the employer's official website or applicant tracking system.
  • We do not allow shortened URLs, redirects through unrelated marketing pages, or pay-walled apply forms.
  • Listings without a usable HTTP(S) apply or source URL are filtered out automatically.

Fraud and scam removal

Reports flagged as scam or broken link are escalated as high priority and reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed scam listings are removed and the originating source is reviewed for additional moderation. Repeat offenders are blocked from future imports.

Expiry and stale listings

Imported listings are removed after 30 days without a refresh, or sooner if the employer marks the role closed. Listings can also be expired manually by our admin team.
