How RemoteWorkFinder works

A transparent look at how candidates use the site, how employers submit roles, and how listings are reviewed and refreshed.

For candidates

1. Search and filter

Browse /jobs by role, category, location type, and keyword. Filters narrow to fully remote, hybrid, or worldwide roles.

2. Save and get alerts

Sign in to save listings and create alerts at /dashboard/alerts for a weekly digest of new matching roles.

3. Apply on the employer's site

Apply opens the employer or job-board page directly. We never handle applications or collect resumes.

4. Report problems

Broken links, filled roles, or suspicious listings can be flagged in one click and go to our moderation queue.

For employers

Submit a role

Employers post directly via /post-a-job. Standard listings are free during beta.

Manual review

Each submitted role is reviewed manually for a working apply URL, real company, clear remote policy, and listing-policy compliance.

Continuous refresh

Aggregated listings are re-checked daily. Stale or removed listings are marked expired automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Where do listings come from?

Listings are aggregated daily from trusted remote job feeds (Remotive, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow) and from employers who submit roles directly through /post-a-job.

How are listings reviewed and refreshed?

We re-import source feeds daily, mark listings expired when they disappear from the source, and display the last refreshed date on every listing. Listings reported as broken or fraudulent are reviewed manually.

Do candidates apply through RemoteWorkFinder?

No. Every Apply button opens the original employer or job-board page in a new tab. We never collect or forward applications.

How do employers submit a role?

Employers can submit a role via /post-a-job. Standard listings are free during beta. Featured placement and verified-employer status are reviewed manually by our team.

How do I get notified about new jobs?

Save jobs and create alerts at /dashboard/alerts to receive a curated digest of new remote roles in your chosen categories.
