Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect information.

Last updated: April 27, 2026

What we collect

We collect minimal information: anonymized analytics (page views, referrers), and any data you voluntarily submit through forms (name, email, message). We do not collect resumes — applications go directly to employers.

Cookies & consent

We use a small set of cookies for session management and, only with your consent, for analytics and advertising personalization. When you first visit the site, a banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. We honor Google Consent Mode v2 — analytics and ad storage default to denied until you grant permission. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic, popular pages, and referral sources. IP addresses are anonymized. GA4 does not receive personal information from us.

Advertising — Google AdSense

If you accept advertising cookies, we may show ads served by Google AdSense and its certified partners. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or visit aboutads.info for more options.

Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how the site appears in Google Search. It reports aggregate query and click data and does not identify individual visitors.

Third-party services

  • Remotive partner data — used to populate job listings.
  • Hosting and database — managed cloud infrastructure for site delivery.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated).
  • Advertising — Google AdSense (consent-gated).
  • Search performance — Google Search Console.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any account or contact-form data by emailing privacy@remoteworkfinder.online. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not intended for users under 16.

Changes

We update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes are announced on the homepage.
