Remote interviews are unforgiving in a particular way. There is no room to read the panel, no corridor conversation to recover in, and a laggy call punishes anyone who thinks out loud for ninety seconds before reaching a point. Candidates who practise structure — situation, action, result, in that order — sound dramatically more competent than candidates with identical experience who did not.
Each session generates six questions from your target role or a specific listing: behavioural questions, one role-specific judgement or technical question, and at least one about how you work when the team is distributed. You answer, and you get a score, a short critique of what was missing, and a rewritten answer built from the material you actually gave.
The feedback is deliberately blunt about the common failures: answers with no measurable outcome, stories where the team did everything and you did nothing identifiable, and responses that quietly avoid the question that was asked.
How it works
Pick the role
Name the job title, or start the session straight from a listing so the questions come from that employer's actual requirements.
Answer one at a time
Say it out loud first, then type roughly what you said. Submit and read the feedback before moving on.
Repeat in a few days
Your sessions are saved. Run the same role again later and compare the scores.
What you get
- Questions generated for your role, not pulled from a generic list
- A score out of ten with specific reasons, not vague encouragement
- A stronger sample answer built from your own examples
- At least one remote-specific question every session
- Sessions and feedback saved to your account for comparison
- Practise straight from any job listing on the site
Example
A question and what good looks like
“Tell me about a time a project slipped while working across time zones.” Weak: “We had some delays but we communicated a lot and got it done in the end.” Strong: “Our Berlin-Bogotá handoff cost us a day per cycle. I moved status into a written daily note with owners and blockers, and pulled the one live call to the 3-hour overlap. We shipped the next two milestones on date and the pattern became the team default.”
